Hot stuff was hot—cold stuff was cold. Good assortment. Omelets were excellent. Waffle iron needs clearer instructions. Need a less sweet yogurt. Overall I give a thumbs up.

The house is set up for little ones and big ones. It was almost sad to leave the house and go out and about because it was so thoughtfully furnished and laid out. There's nothing very interesting to do in Goliad. They have a nice little bakery, maybe 2 decent dining options unique to the city, some historic sights if you're into that, and a lovely little antique shop. Besides that not much offerings.

for a dead town, it’s amazing location from coast and other cities makes a great stopping point. seems to be a lot of vacant lots and a over all clean up would help the city
