“The room is damp, and the curtains are moldy. The bed sheets are not clean, and the toilet leaks at the base where it meets the floor.”

“The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately the room itself had several problems. The toilet would not flush properly, the air conditioner rattled loudly all night, and the microwave sounded like it was malfunctioning and wouldn’t even warm coffee. The bathroom door was extremely heavy and difficult to open, and there were very few outlets in the room. There was also a noticeable stain on the bedding. Overall the room needs significant maintenance and updating.”
