“Everything was clean”

“Beautiful home. ”

“Cabin was very nice. Beds comfy. Gameroom was ok-needs some attention pool tables playable but in bad condition. Sticks were almost unusable. Swimming pool was great-plenty of shade spots!”

“The tent was large and spacious, with two queen beds and two daybeds, but it needs a lot of maintenance. The bedroom had a strong unpleasant smell, some headboards were broken, and the shower door didn’t work. The patio door rubbed on the floor, the terrace wasn’t clean, and the outdoor area was in very poor condition. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep well because of the smell.”

“Very easy to check in and out. Clean and Convenient location. Not too big or too small for two small kids. ”

“Room needed more cleaning, room felt hot, breakfast was fine, except the weird pancakes, loved the costa rican coffee. Parking was good as well. ”

“I booked a suite with one queen bed. We were given a standard room - no explanation as to why. We didn't discover this until we entered the room we were assigned. We had been charged for a much more expensive room. I went back down to the desk and was told that all suites were booked. I showed the desk clerk that i booked a suite and was told to wait 5 minutes while she checked "something". She came back and told me she had a room for us but the toilet needed to be fixed before we could move in.……
