“We celebrated New Year’s Eve and had our family’s Christmas celebration at this facility for the second consecutive year. The host lives next door and was quick to respond to our questions but gave us the privacy we desired. The quaint downstairs area features an old fashioned kitchen, seating area with a gas fireplace, large dining area, private bedroom and a bathroom. The upstairs loft includes a large open sleeping area, game room and living room where the siblings all stayed. ”

Includes all the little things you miss from home, fan next to the bed, extra towels, grill, cookbooks, so many little touches included you don’t always have with a VRBO property! She allowed us to check in early, as we were coming for a wedding in town & needed to get ready. Communicated when needed. Will most definitely stay again when we’re in Clear Lake. Thank you! ”

“We stayed at the Garner Inn & Suites after a concert at the Surf Ballroom in nearby Clear Lake. It's about a 10 or 15 minute drive from Clear Lake, super easy, just down the highway. The Garner Inn is very comfortable and well appointed, actually nicer than you might expect to find in a small town. The breakfast included hot items like sausage and omelets, in addition to the expected items like a waffle machine and muffins and yogurt. Staff was very friendly.”
