"Couldnt have asked for a better stay, breakfast was great, the room was great, property was kept up. We didnt have the strong smell of Marijuana like so many hotels do."

"The stay was fine. Room was clean, the tub was a little old/dated. The breakfast was fine compared to other holiday inn express and suites that I've stayed at (this one only had pork sausage whereas others have had a turkey option). Overall decent."

"We booked this hotel only for the purpose to use their pool for my son and two friends to swim for his 15th birthday. The pool advertised as a heated pool. I called the front desk and asked them if something needed to be done to heat the pool and they said it wasn’t heated at this time. When booking it doesn’t say only heated from this month to this month. The pool had to have been 50 degrees. So we had to make other arrangements and they didn’t do anything to make it right. Lesson learned next time we will book at the dury hotel"

"Good food at the hotel restaurant, conveniently located at less than 15 minutes from the Greenville Spartanburg airport. All in all the great quality of Hilton brand!"

"Arguably the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. There was blood on the wall of the bathroom. The bottom of my socks were black….that floor has never been cleaned. The bathroom light barely worked. The tile in the shower…..I should’ve bought shower shoes. Please do better, this was disgusting."
