The location for visiting family was perfect. Being next to the amusement park is only beneficially if you are going to go to Six Flags.
Staff very friendly.
We were told the room would be tidied up each day and it was not. I had to ask and on the first day I had to help the staff. Finally, Kristin, Front Desk, was wonderful and helped me the one day and next day went above and beyond to meet my request.
There was an odor in the lobby and hallways.
Do not stay on the first floor. I was woken up at 5:45am to sprinklers hitting my window. It sounded like I was in a car wash.
Outdoor pool area and all outdoor furniture was old and in poor condition.
Never got to use the hot tub. No supervision at night and some guests were bringing in people from outside the hotel that were not staying there to use the amenities.
