"⭐☆☆☆☆ Our stay was very disappointing. The first room we were given was dirty, had broken fixtures, and the door wouldn't close properly. After requesting a different room, we were moved, but the second room wasn't much better. Every night we could hear loud footsteps and constant noise from the room above us. It sounded like a party was going on. We contacted the front desk several times asking them to look into it, but nothing was done. As a result, our family, including our two children, barely slept for three nights. We also had a concerning experience at the water park. My daughter slipped and fell, and the lifeguard simply watched her. Only after she got up did he ask if she was okay.Overall, this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are outdated, cleanliness was below expectations, and customer service was disappointing. For the amount we paid, it simply wasn't worth it. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other families.
