We stayed two nights at this hotel. On the second day the bed was not made, fresh towels were not provided and toilet paper was not replenished. At about 10 p.m. of the second day we had no toilet paper and contacted the emergency numbers given to us. We got a recording saying "Leave a message" and then "Mailbox full." I had to call the reservation system which told me toilet paper was available in the main lobby. Thank goodness I was able to obtain two rolls. Also, on the first night the smoke alarm went off for no apparent reason. This hotel is still nice but things are beginning to deteriorate starting with customer service and room maintenance. On the positive side bed was comfortable, sheets and pillow clean, the refrigde worked great and the TV worked however you have to pay for almost anything you watch. You can use your own ID to access Netflix and Prime but without them you're stuck with Reggae music!
