It can get very busy at the water park but plenty of lifeguards on duty. Not a bad idea to bring your own towel when it’s busy because they can run out. Rooms are a bit dark at times which makes napping easier. Staff were friendly and willing to answer questions. Room felt damp, luckily we knew to bring extra blankets. Restaurant on site but fast food is a 6-10 minute drive away depending on what you want. We have always enjoyed visiting here (our adult Autistic son). Room service were present on the floor in the morning and helped if you needed anything to replenish room supplies. The only downside is the water park doesn’t open till 10am and closes at 8pm. If you want to go out to do activities it doesn’t leave much time for the park.
