"Room was clean, staff was great"

"Great location in the Shenandoah National Park with all of the hiking and other activities it has to offer. The rooms were a bit dated, but met our needs. The food was OK and a bit pricey, but the views from the dining room made eating there a great experience."

"Easy access off of 95. The room was in excellent condition, very clean, and the staff was kind. The bed was exceptionally comfortable."

"perfect 1 night stay"

"I enjoyed my stay at Cardinal Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. There is a good-sized grassy area in front that my dog enjoyed walking in."

"Nice place. Comfortable and clean while visiting the national park."

"The place is super clean and the manager is so friendly! I only put a 4 for the amenities because the vent in our bathroom really doesn’t dry the moisture unless we leave the door open. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay was wonderful. Views from our room were beautiful. Breakfast selections were numerous and very enjoyable."

"Stayed here for a weekend while hiking Old Rag in Shenandoah. Cozy little place that was well equipped with all the amenities we needed! It's conveniently located close to Shenandoah as well as plenty of vineyards. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in the area!"
