“We liked location to why we were in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful if we needed information. Breakfast was quite nice and plenty of eating area. Adequate parking areas no matter when you arrived and during the day as you came in and out. We will probably return to this location again during football season since our grandson plays football at East Tennessee State University.”

“My wife stayed one night for a work trip. When she arrived to the property, there was a strong chemical smell, like bug spray. There were burn holes in the sheet and the toilet was still dirty. The next morning when she went to shower, there was no hot water at all so she had to take a cold shower before going to work. She called the front desk about the sheets and toilet and that was fixed quickly.”

“I was pleasantly surprised at the room amenities and how clean the hotel is. I checked this mirning after a 4 day stay. My bed was very comfortable and thd shower was nice as well. I will definitely book this hotel again. I traveled alone and felt safe the whole trip.”
