Pros: The location is great, right next to Paragon Hull Rail & Bus Station and very convenient to Old Hull, The Quay, Museum Quarter, Minster, etc. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower is powerful and provides good hot water and pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful/efficient. Cons: There is no power outlet near the bed or nightstands. For a CPAP user like me this is not good. Fortunately, I brought a surge protector with a 6’ cord but the cord ran across the carpet at the foot of the bed. No room safe for valuables/passport, etc. No closet or dresser which was actually helpful when checking that nothing was left behind. The sofabed was dingy and worn like the carpet. There was visible mildew in the shower. The floor wasn’t vacuumed in the 3 days I stayed. There was a nylon tag cord that was there when I arrived and stiil there now. The cooked breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and watery like powdered eggs. One of the 2 lifts was out of service which made for some long waits."
