“Due to very unfortunate timing and no notification received from Expedia before we arrived, we got to the hotel and were told the pool, hot tub, and slide were closing for repairs. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have driven all the way there to experience this amazing place. There was a lot of confusion about when everything was closed, so we got kicked out of the hot tub/pool 15 minutes after we got in, and it never opened again. My birthday was on a Monday and I wanted to go to the spa……
