“Great location and loved the room and artwork everywhere. It was a great room and liked how there was a separation door between the two rooms. I wish there was more communication. I tried reaching out about my room details, but was left unanswered. Lucky, the room situation with the two beds works out! Overall, loved the room, beds were a bit firm (but I like more firm beds) and everything was nice and clean. Would stay there again!”

“Soon after my father's unexpected passing we contacted the hotel with a request for a refund. We sent several messages and left a phone message explaining the circumstances and that we had to fly home. We eventually received a message stating that they would not refund our stay even though there was 2 weeks to re-rent it to someone else. We understand that it was within their rights to not refund our money. Our experience though was that each and every hotel besides this one had compassion……

"Hotel located in heart of Derry. Walkable to any where for sight seeing. But lots of pubs around the hotel a bit noise as we stay in 1st floor. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. In general was a wonderful place to stay."
