"I had high hopes for Harbor Club in St. Lucia given the stunning location right on the marina, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of our stay. The staff was consistently rude and discourteous, which set the tone from the start. What’s especially frustrating is that the hotel encourages guests to bring any issues to their attention… yet when we did, absolutely nothing was resolved. There’s no air conditioning in the common areas, which leaves the entire place smelling musty and uncomfortable. The pool was surprisingly cold, and the hot tub was both cold and visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the listing advertises an airport shuttle, which is misleading. There is no shuttle service, they simply call you a cab for $110. Also, be aware that the hotel is about a 2–3 hour drive from the airport, which makes transportation even more inconvenient. Overall, while the marina views are beautiful, the lack of basic hospitality and misleading amenities made this a disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price."

"What an experience! Royalton St. Lucia owes me nothing. I had a great time. The room (swim out) was perfect. Quiet. Private. Food at the buffet was good. Room service was decent. Cleanliness of the resort was top notch. I couldn’t have had a better time! Thank you St. Lucia!!!!"

"I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The food was another major letdown—bland, overly salted, and generally uninspired across the board. It felt like very little thought or care went into the dining experience. Lastly, the events and entertainment felt poorly executed—more childish than engaging, and overall thrown together without much attention to quality. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and overall experience. I left feeling very unsatisfied—especially after a manager argued with me when I tried to provide feedback, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, this was not the level of experience I expected, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Amazing vacation. We loved everything about it. The butlers Ophelia and Kirby were both excellent. Most of the rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating. The Landings itself has been very well maintained and updated, and the food is high quality, and service top notch. We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the beachfront with plunge pool, and did the all -inclusive for our family of 6 as well (4 kids 13 and under). We definitely thought it was all worth it. Highly recommend. "
