“The staff were really friendly, the buffet breakfast was ok. They should incorporate more local food or fruits on the buffet for breakfast.”

When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“Villa Beach Cottages is amazing! Each cottage is right on the beach: you can see and hear the ocean from your front porch or balcony. If you are picturing a clean, sandy beach with palm trees and a gentle surf, this is your place! The staff was exceptional: friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed for any meal that we wanted to cook. The restaurant was also amazing: Fresh food prepared for you with locally sourced goods. “Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon.”

“When I booked my stay .It said breakfast included .when myself and guest got there for breakfast we was told that our stay doesn’t include Breakfast atp I was confused .Tried rectifying with management to no avail.So I ended up paying $30 USD for the worst breakfast ever in my life .I contacted Expedia and the representative confirmed that my stay included Breakfast.Representative contacted hotel and to no avail.”

“In the pic looks lovely with petals on the bed when we asked about the petals we was told they were for a photo shoot also we asked for a safe for our valuables we was told there is no safe cos no one is coming there. The directions from town was very misleading it was miles from town the lady host was not helpful at all .she had the cheek to ask me for 160 dollars government' tax which i refused. We stayed one night out of 5 did not get any refund at all loss $12.000 the lady had a very bad……

“The staff was very helpful, kind and pleasant. The property needs maintenance and inside the rooms weren't the best. The external part of the property is beautiful and the beach access very convenient. If the rooms were well maintained I would have given it a better rating.”
