My only issue is the map in the posting says the unit is in downtown but it’s actually about 20 or so minutes away. But for us that actually was better. I”

“We could not have asked for a better property and location for our business group to gather in the Detroit area. The space was immaculate and had several gathering areas that came in handy. We were not there long enough to take advantage of all of the "extras", including the game area and the well-stocked kitchens (although we di manage to use a lot of the glassware). The attention to detail in each of the rooms was at a very high level. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone...

“Spacious home for our group of 10 to stay for our trip to the Ford plant, museum, and Greenfield Village. Upon arrival Derrick met us to show us the house. Lots of amenities and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well kept on the inside. Plenty of parking space in the back. Heads up on the neighborhood, maybe get your groceries before you go. We were there on a Wednesday and Thursday night. All was quiet and street was patrolled. ”

“We had a good stay overall. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the living room TV had surprisingly good sound. However, the balcony roof was partially collapsing, making the outdoor area unsafe for anyone to use, it definitely needs urgent repair. Also, if you have a larger vehicle, be aware that the garage is quite tight and might not accommodate it properly.”
