“Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell……

“I loved the cleanliness and location of the property. If I had to criticize anything it would be the mattress which we found needed a bit more firmness. Also, the speaker for the projector could use a bit more volume.There is a coffee maker there but be sure to pack your own coffee to bring along. All in all we enjoyed our stay .”

“The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue……

“Great host, very kind, communicative, helpful and available. Location was super convenient and room was spacious and accommodated 4 of us (two adults, two children with bed and two pullouts). Parking was easy. There is a coin laundry in the basement but bring lots of quarters. $2.50 for the washer, $2.00 for the dryer at the time of this writing. They worked well. Another review mentioned the fraternity next door and how they were lucky there were no parties. Well they had a party while we……

“The property listing is as it is advertised. It’s a unique property with an eclectic feel. The only issue was different expectations communicated between the owner and Expedia. They had two different check in times. Otherwise this was a good rental experience.”

“The host was very responsive and the place was lovely, safe and quiet, close to downtown and had plenty of street as well as dedicated parking spaces. I'd pack shampoo and moisturizer (something I usually don't pack when I book a hotel), everything else is available at the location.”
