He personally showed us everything and made us feel so comfortable right away, especially by explaining how clean and sanitary everything in the room was — which we really appreciated.The breakfast was delicious, and the whole atmosphere was quiet and calming — exactly what we needed. “Everything we hoped for in a cozy New England style home. The hospitality was wonderful adding to that is it’s ideal location was second to none. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back. ”

“Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. The room was clean and in well-kept condition, but not nearly as comfortable as the pictures depict. Anyway, it was an expensive lesson for my further travels using VRBO as I would only consider a place……

“Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements……

“Host was great with communicating. However it snowed while we were there and no one came ever came to lay salt or shovel. I was in town for my daughters cheer competition so i had to come in and out a lot. The property itself was small and cute. Just needs a detailed cleaning on light fixtures and shower water goes from hot to cold 6 times within a single shower use. Oh the snacks were plus so thank you for that! My daughter was happy when we arrived late from the comps n the snacks were on the……

“This rental was amazing. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was more than the usual blah hotel version; very large, very fresh and very tasty. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars through was I had been getting notifications of messages from host pre check-in, but no message appeared. All in all it only took an additional 5 or 10 minutes to check in. I would definitely stay there again.”

“So close to a peaceful lovely beach. Walking distance to food and even a synagogue!The bed was very comfortable and big. I enjoyed having coffee in my room before heading out to the beach. ”

“Very easy to reach host if anything needed. She left 2 delicious slices of pie for us on our arrival. A wonderful and unexpected treat. The apartment is well furnished, quiet and well located. It is on the second floor, so it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to reach it. It is an old house, so the flight of stairs may be a bit steep for some, and the lighting is low during the evening hours. Just use your flashlight on your phone if you need help. We enjoyed our stay very much and……
