"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"

"We arrived about 10 minutes before the 4pm check in time and were denied access which was something we’ve never experienced. We had to call security each time we arrived at the property because we didn’t receive a QR code for the gate. Overall, the property is immaculate and had everything that you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t definitely stay here in the future."

The estate where the house is located is immaculate and in itself has good amenities. The owner provides detailed and clear instructions and communication with her was very quick. "Furnished in the usual Florida "style" with all the basics and many little extras baby gates, pool table, TV in almost every room and then some, cool box , gas BBQ, every kitchen utensil possible including a real kettle for the UK folks, absolutely no hesitation recommending booking this villa. If you don't know the area it's a 5 min drive to a sample of every restaurant in Orlando area so your evening out isn't a chore for your driver. 25mins to Universal at 8am and under 20 to most Disney."

We purchased it not sure if our son's final make up testing would be during the 1st few days of our reservation, with the insurance it would be something that would be covered. "As advertised in the pictures, very modern house . Very clean , the host is amazing anything questions we had , they got back to us asap . Easy check in at the gate ,could not ask for a better vaction house . There was 7 of us and there was more then enough room the house is very big. The pool in back yard we all loved with tv outside, we spent all our time out there . Will Recommend for everyone to book here ."

"Overall the property was ok. There was adequate space for everyone. I did have to go get ant buttons as I discovered when I arrived there were small black ants in the kitchen area. By the time we checked out had them under control. I did not receive the QR code to enter the gate and no one answered the call at the gate. Fortunately I was able to follow another person in when they entered. Later in the visit I was eventually provided the QR code. There was no “courtesy transportation” available...

"The house accommodated is well. The grandkids enjoyed their own rooms. The master bedroom was spacious. Unfortunately, the mattress wasn’t comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials. It appears that the utensil drawer was previously broken and they attempted to glue it back.
