“This property was very conveniently located for our trip, as we had family to visit in the surrounding cities. The unit is nicely appointed with all the conveniences of a full size kitchen, rain shower, couch, chairs, large screen TV, and full size washer and dryer. Downtown Mt Dora is a five minute drive to the restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit was very clean and required us to do nothing other than to pile up our towels for check out. We would stay here again.”

“Fantastic little tiny home! The location was perfect for visiting Hickory Point Recreational Park. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for our stay. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. Even though it’s a tiny home, the air conditioner cooled amazingly well and the hot water never ran out. Such a cute and comfortable place — we would absolutely stay again!”

“It had everything we needed, and more. It was very pet-friendly. The host was very polite and discreet. Clean and neat. The location cannot be more centric for shops and so on. And, it is a bargain. We wanted to stay lomger, but it was already booked!”

“If I could give the villa more than 5 stars, I definitely would...this was the perfect place to stay. Meticulously clean, convenient to shopping, and Cord and Paige were wonderful hosts. Our visit was for a bittersweet reason (visiting family with medical issues), so the guesthouse was a relaxing respite. The furnishings were both elegant and cozy, and the hosts had provided every small, thoughtful touch to make our stay comfortable. I look forward to returning to the villa - it was a true...
