"I have stayed here multiple times. The staff is great. The rooms are always clean. The amenities are good. There is less sun at the pool as you move close to the winter months. It is blocked out by the building. There are two large hot tubs and a sunning platform closeby where you get sun. The snack bar has great food. Rachel at the snack bar is a real sweetheart. One caveat. Beware of the resort fee.It is now $15 per night and it is not clearly evident on some booking sites. The room rates are reasonable, but you have to add $15 per night. "

"I believe her name is Maria that checked us in and she was really courteous and smiling throughout the interaction..kudos to her!!! Room was nice and comfy. I loved how the bathroom has full sized bottle shampoo/conditioner/body wash available. Overall, hotel is super clean starting from the parking lot to the lobby to your room. I will be staying here again. "
