We enjoyed our stay at this resort and liked having a 1 bedroom with kitchen bungalow near the pool. The pool was very clean & beautiful but the water is too cold for most people to swim. Even tho the weather was very hot & sunny as soon as they felt the water they would not go in. The staff is nice and friendly. I wish they would have told us about the free shuttle to the beach when we checked in instead of 2 days later. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we enjoyed Happy Hour (2 for 1 drinks) and ate dinner 2 times at the pool bar that had a casual menu with many choices. There were no other dining options and many guests left the resort in the evening to go out to dinner. It would be nice if the beach shuttle had longer hours for guests to go to dinner at the nearby Caybeach Princess affiliate location that serves a nice buffet. We liked the location of this resort and would stay there again.

The property was well kept, and the staff was very friendly. I do wish the resort had a shuttle service for its guests to get them to and from the airport and to attractions on the island.

Staff was very helpful, they were able to accomodate our requests in terms of room selection and they were always smiling and helpful

We went to the island for work, we’ve never stayed here. From the minute we walked in we were wowed by the place. It’s absolutely beautiful, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms are enormous with everything you could even need inside. The grounds are huge and also stunning. I loved the salt water infinity pool. I recommend the breakfast too, every single breakfast item you could think of, they had. The only downside was the place was so huge we got lost a few times haha. I would love to stay here again!

Two main areas of improvement would be the food was not terribly hot. The music/entertainment was very poor and far too loud
