“Room has a bad smell to them. We are told that it’s the water that is used to clean the rooms, they stink when dries and it can’t be helped ”

“The location and design of this hotel is incredible. It’s only fault is how many rules management requires the staff to enforce. The staff are incredibly kind and the only challen 1) When we arrived, I was informed that I could not check in because I did not have my physical ID with me. At first I thought they were joking because a picture of your ID works everywhere now except airports of course. No explanation for why the rule exists, just pointing to a message that was sent to guests……

“The property is ok, Nice pool. Wifi was really poor and regular celular service didn’t work because of el Peñol they said. Hot water took forever to reach the shower and after 15 minutes I gave up.Breakfast was not served before 8.30 am and we had no choices, asked for scrambled eggs without onions and wasn’t possible.”

“Most of them don't speak English, very difficult to communicate with them!”

“Unfortunately we have not been satisfied with the accomodation: - overall not clean / spiders - very old, incomplete and dirty dishes / pots which made it almost impossible to cook - very old and partially broken househould appliances - extremely high price for using the washing machine: aprox 10€ for one load!!! This is robbery - very uncomfortable beds and even worse all matraces are wrapped in plastic ! - one bathroom could not be used as appearently water pipe was broken - extremely loud……
