Welcome to The Village 13-D, a charming 2-story unit in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. This cozy condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or friends seeking a comfortable retreat by the Gulf. With a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests, offering ample space for everyone. The unit boasts an open concept design, with the kitchen seamlessly flowing into the living and dining space. From there, step out onto the balcony with partial Gulf views, complete with a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen has a Keurig/Standard combo coffee maker for your convenience. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, while the second floor is dedicated to an extra hangout space. For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.

When it's time for some poolside relaxation, you'll enjoy access to a gated pool for refreshing dips, complete with convenient charcoal grills in the pool area for those perfect barbecue days.

You'll find public beach access just a short walk to 10th St, and you'll be conveniently located near a variety of dining and shopping options. Amazing experience, Amazing Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo, it had everything we needed that we didn't realize we needed. The property manager kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything. It was a amazing trip, would definitely come back. Easy access to the beach in walking distance. Great restaurants around for all types of appetites. Even for the picky eater like me!! So if you want a nice cozy condo, quite and still a beautiful view check out The Village 13-D. You will love it. And also get your cardio in.
