Overall very nice and great location!

Only inconveniences were the one restroom and there seems to be no insulation between floors, we could hear every step and movement from above!The location is absolutely perfect for beach access and all local amenities!

Excellent for a family of 4

This is a great place to stay for a family of 4. Perfect location right on the beach. Short drive to hub of Gulf Shores, yet several places within walking distance to eat. Condo is well cared for. The washer/dryer combo was replaced during our stay and the new one works great. Plenty of seating. Will definitely rebook for our next Gulf Shores vacation

Beautiful Safe Family Get A Way

This condo is as it is advertised. You are on a private property entrance to the beach. Indirect views of beach but you are footsteps from the beach!! We had two adults and 4 children and this was perfect!!! Will stay again! Had kitchen tools and pans/pots too cook with two coffee pots. Washer and dryer worked great. Clean bathroom. Communication with owner was excellent!!

Had a wonderful stay!

The only downfall for my family was the beds were to soft for our liking. The dryer was squeaky and when I messaged the host she immediately got back in touch with me and told me repair man would be there after our stay mind you this was the day before we were leaving. Definitely would stay here again! If that's the only complaint I have then that's pretty good.

Host was friendly and helpful and the location was incredible. Condo could definitely use a deep clean and the furniture has seen better days- we ended up buying our own pillows because the ones provided were pretty old and flat. If cleanliness is a huge deal to you, I would probably pick a different listing. Overall though we enjoyed our stay!

Cozy condo steps from the beach!

Our family (myself-38, my two sons-17 & 8, and my parents-retired) visited for 6 nights during spring break (March 23-30, 2025) from Wisconsin. Communication with Melanie was incredible! We ran into an issue with the washer during the first day, and had a new one installed the very next morning. The location is close to everything. The condo was clean, stocked with towels, linens & kitchen supplies. There is a small convenience store within (3 minute) walking distance that has standard essentials (food, drinks, souvenirs/beach goods) called Waves. A pleasant surprise was the closet full of beach items (umbrella, chairs, beach toys) & games if you run into a rainy day!The only thing I would change is the pull out couch. It’s a little worse for wear & was not comfortable to sleep on. We had to purchase a foam pad to give it some stability. We enjoyed our time there & will definitely love to visit again! Melanie is a FIVE STAR host & was lovely to rent from!

Great location - family friendly

We absolutely loved the property & the location. The beach directly behind the property is “private access” as there is mainly condominiums on this part of the strip, so that was a great plus for us. The unit was stocked with beach chairs, toys & floats. It was very clean upon arrival. Everything is within driving distance & there are a few shops within walking distance. We were already looking into booking the same unit for next years trip! Would highly recommend this unit!

Property was in a great location. When we arrived, it was not cleaned very well. The floors were dirty and the shampoo/conditioners were used. Countertops and bedding seemed to be clean. The dryer also was very loud (needs a new belt). Other than that, it was a nice little place on the beach.

So close to the sand.

We love the convenience of this place. You park under the unit and pop up a flight of stairs to the room. Likewise, the short distance and ease of getting from the room to the sand is unparraled by anything I can find in the same price range. We love that the beach isn't as crowded as it is in a high-rise, plus no elevator to wait for. The only thing that knocks it down a peg is it's not as clean as I would hope for. Hopefully it will get a deep clean soon, because we would love to stay here again when we get a chance.

Had 4 towels for 6 guests, floors had not been swept or mopped, very sandy, rugs had not been shaken out, full of sand. Pull out sofa had a 2" spring with no mattress. Had to buy an air mattress to sleep on. Was not beachfront, second apartment down with a view of parking garage plus 2 flights of stairs. Furniture was worn out and stained. Dishwasher leaks. Would NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone else...

Will Return

My family of 4 booked during Fall Break. When we arrived everything was tidy and clean. Everything just as the Website had stated. We will return and stay with Melanie again because she was so helpful and answered every message I sent in a very timely matter. She was so kind to recommend places to visit and informed us of very helpful information. Due to Hurricane Michael we decided to leave early just in case. However, Melanie provided us with weather updates and alerted us if anything changed throughout our stay. She even refunded us due to the weather conditions. We are forever grateful because she didn't have to do that at all. It's honest and helpful people like Melanie that will make us return. Thanks Melanie and we will stay again!!
