Best Views & Location w/oversized balcony on a Private Beach. Newly Renovated

This two bedroom and two bath condo unit is located on the 11th floor with breathtaking views from the Over Sized balcony. Our condo has been completely renovated with new furniture, bedroom mattresses, stainless appliances, granite, sinks/faucets, light fixtures, mirrors in bathrooms, new cabinet doors/handles and freshly painted walls for your next vacation!
We have a key less lock system on the entry door making your stay safe and secure. As you will have your own security code to get into the condo and no need to carry around keys that can be duplicated.
There are fantastic views from the Over Sized balcony, master bedroom and living room in all directions with no obstacles of the beach and ocean! Our condo has quality mattresses and linens. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. We also have great outdoor balcony furniture... table, 4 chairs & 2 chaise lounges to relax on the balcony and feel the breeze of the ocean and listen to the waves.

Our condo is set up with the following:
• King in the master bedroom -- with a master bath, flat screen TV, and closet in the master bedroom
• Queen in the guest bedroom --with an adjoining bathroom in the hallway, flat screen TV and closet as well in the guest bedroom
• The new sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing
• The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils
• There is a new washer and dryer in the unit -- linens are provided for your stay
• Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and 4 chairs along with 2 chaise lounges. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends. I am sure that you will love it!
• We have beautiful pools which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We have a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center in Royal Palms as well.
Royal Palms is such a desirable rental because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price. Royal Palms is situated on the western edge of our state park, which provides ultimate privacy. The Over Sized balcony provides awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach!

Great place

This is a beautiful condo and location with plenty of room on the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning again very soon. The owner is excellent to work with.

Great Beach Getaway!

The condo was absolutely perfect in every way! It was well equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was outstanding! The condo was very clean and well kept. We loved the location also with it being the last condo next to the state park. It was a pleasure working with Belva!

Excellent Get Away

This is an excellent get away. It's located next to Gulf State Park which seems to cut down on crowding on the beach. The condo is a great place to unwind. The owner has an exceptional process for getting in and out of the condo. The trip exceeded our expectation.

Spring Break 2022

This was our first time to vacation in this area. The location of the condo is perfect. We enjoyed our entire stay. Condo is exactly as described. Wouldn’t change a thing. Belva is very easy to work and responds very quickly with any questions we had. So glad we chose this place for our first stay in Gulf Shores.

Great condo in the heart of Gulf Shores!

I rented this condo for a stay during the Hangout Music Festival. It was a GREAT location for this, as we were about 0.5 miles away and could walk to everything for the festival. The condo is right on the water, has a huge balcony with an amazing waterfront view, has reserved parking spaces, a private pool, and has extremely easy beach access and chairs for rent. We also had plenty of room with the two bedrooms/bathrooms and a pull-out couch. The owner was extremely great to work with, was very kind, and made the whole reservation process easy for us. I will definitely be back here for my next trip to Gulf Shores.

Was just what we needed.

Had 3 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Clean and nicely remodeled condo. Had just about everything we needed. Only thing we couldn’t find was a hair dryer which was surprising and frustrating to find that out the hard way with dripping wet hair. Beach was quiet because it was the last condo. Condo is right on the beach and the view from the 11th floor is breathtaking. Weather was too cool this time of year for getting in the ocean but the indoor pool and hot tub satisfied the kiddos just fine. The gym consisted only of a treadmill and stationary bike but I was thankful for the treadmill so no complaints there. The beds were comfortable and towels seemed brand new. The kitchen accommodated us cooking a full Thanksgiving meal nicely and had tons of casserole dishes and mixing bowls. Overall, very comfortable and clean. Was just what we needed and owner was a pleasure to work with.

perfect location

This location was the prime spot for Gulf Shores. The view from the balcony was fantastic for the July 4th Fireworks. The short walk to the beach made it very easy for our son and us to enjoy. The walk to the pier was SO fun and perfect. The parking deck is my ONLY complaint as far as location- most of the parking lot was full of larger vehicles, and the upper deck DOES NOT accommodate anything bigger than a four door sedan. We did not see the sign that warns against larger vehicles so we paid the price. But the complex was safe, family friendly, beautiful location. And Belva was Absolutely the best host I have ever worked with. Wonderful communication, makes you feel like you're going home. I will say, I also did not realize that Gulf Shores was a little like Panama City as far as the "Strip", hectic, terrible traffic and not as quiet as we had hoped for. However, the location of this condo and the beach and pier made it all worth it. If you're bringing family, plan to cook and stay on the balcony or at the beach. No need to go anywhere else!

This place was super clean and so convenient to the beach, and way less busy than the other end of the beach. I liked how you could walk to the pier and how spacious the balcony is, we watched the fireworks out there and it was so nice. Do keep in mind there is no real gym/weight equipment at this location. The fitness room they have is a very small room with a treadmill and elliptical that's it no weights. Other than that the pools were nice and clean but we spent most of our time on the beach. You can walk to stuff but it's at least a mile away. The drive to get to the Dollar General is very short and it is the cheapest when it comes to beach and grocery items believe it or not also Walmart is very close too and cheaper than the Island Market. I will say we went at a very ultra busy time so restaurants were not the best when it came to service but if you cook a lot of your own meals and soak up the sun and beach you will truly be happy.

This is a great beach front property. The lanai views are gorgeous. The condo unit is clean and well stocked across the board.Good supply of towels, kitchen items and more. The host clearly communicated what the condo had, so we could pack and shop accordingly. The host was also very responsive regarding inquiries about the area (dining and attractions). This is very much appreciated. The location is a bonus, right next to the State Park, which helps relieve a bit of beach crowding, surprisingly.The only thing that would make this unit better is a larger table on the lanai for dining outside.

What a week!

A beautiful condo with a panoramic view of the beach! lots of room for 4 adults without us ever feeling crowded. Had a couple days of rain with a scary storm one day but plenty of sunshine otherwise. New condo going up next door but could not hear any construction unless you were on the beach. Can't wait to go back and I would definitely stay here again!
