Welcome to Clearwater 4C! This beachfront condo offers breathtaking Gulf front views, making it the perfect vacation spot for beach lovers or groups. With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Located directly on the shores of Gulf Shores and just a short distance from local restaurants and eateries, you can enjoy the convenience of dining out and the beauty of the beach just steps from your door.

About Clearwater 4C

The living area is a cozy retreat, featuring a TV and direct access to a private balcony with stunning Gulf front views. For extra sleeping space, there’s a sleeper sofa in the living room and a bunk bed tucked into the hallway. The dining area seats four, with three additional chairs at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meals, including a standard coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and blender. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Clearwater Amenities

Clearwater is a low density complex with a beautiful beach front location making beach access a breeze. Other amenities of this location are an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, and an elevator for ease of access within the building. Clearwater is right near the Gulf State Park and less than a mile from The Hangout and public beaches. With the Gulf State Park being just down the road, you have access to beautiful hiking and biking nature trails, golf, the 1,540 ft fishing pier and many other things! This spot gives you the feeling of calm, quiet and seclusion but with quick and easy access to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Beautiful Condo & Beach

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! My husband, toddler and I had a very relaxing vacation in Gulf Shores, and this condo had everything we needed to fully enjoy ourselves. And of course, the view of the beach was stunning all day every day. Would love to come back!

Need another week

The condo is in a good location, close to everything, especially the state park, which we enjoy. One of the best things about this unit is the kitchen, which is supplied with many cooking and eating supplies. Usually there's just the bare minimum, but this place has a kitchen prepared for you to actually spend time enjoying meals. Need another week because the weather wasn't great.:(

Perfect getaway!!

Unit exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in the door till the last day that was hard to leave!! Everything was perfect, was quiet, there were no loud neighbors as we never knew that the building was as occupied as it was. Spontaneous trip for a 5 day getaway and couldn't have long planned a better place!! Restaurants were close, made a couple quick trips to Walmart for a few items and the slow speed back route was a great little quick scenic route that made for a 20 minute round trip. Unit was very clean, perfect location, A/C was cold, balcony was large so that you don't feel cramped perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails!!! Beach was amazing, pool was perfect, all appliances and furnishings worked without a glitch!! Will definitely be back!!

Less than expected

This property"looked" good, but the true cleanliness once inside was revealed. Most things were, "wiped" down. Used toiletries were left in the bathroom, and the bedding was simply made up, not changed. Sand was on the sheets, and the comforters had a awful smell. The property outside the room was good. Beach was great. Pool was great.

Perfect for a family of 4

Perfect location, close to the pier and many restaurants. The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. It has a great patio set and the condo sits very close to the beach. The pool was clean. Our check in process was easy and friendly. We did have a “false alarm” fire alarm go off at 4am for about 35 min and had to stand outside. No fault whatsoever of the property management but it took the fire dept a very long time to get there. That’s my only negative experience with the stay. If we go back to Gulf Shores we will stay here again!

The room had carpet in the living area. I think this is bad for a beach situation. The appliances were a little outdated. The living area ceiling, where the air blows out was very dirty, needed to be cleaned. The shower wouldn't drain until the water was cut off for about 10 minutes. The room had a bad odor when we arrived. We had to spray a can of lysol to get rid of the odor. We will never stay at this location again.
