Great place to stay

This unit was great. It had a great view from the balcony. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had about everything needed from silverware, pots and pans, dishes, blender, crockpot. The check in/out process was super easy. If we come back to gulf shores I would totally stay here again.

Excellent first visit to Gulf Shores

Love this condo! Ideal location and size. Close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of beach and pool. Loved sitting on the balcony at night when kids were in bed. Would definitely come back when we head back to Gulf Shores!

Terry provided great communication and instructions for the stay. The condo was great to stay in. It was furnished well and everything was functional during our stay. Looks to have been renovated sometime in the past. Lots to do around the area with lots of restaurants nearby. Overall great vacation for my family.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, steps from the beach where we spent most of our days. It is also within walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. The condo is spacious and clean and communication with the host was great. We were even able to see dolphins from the balcony on the first day! We would love to return in the future.

Wonderful Vacay!

Condo was nice and clean, comfy beds, stocked kitchen. Easy booking and checkout with Terry. We enjoyed the beach all day, from picking up shells, to playing in the ocean. Enjoyed the within walking distance restaurants and shopping. On the 4th the fireworks from the pier were awesome. Thank you Terry for sharing your home with us as we made memories.

Great Trip

We had an issue with the weather strip on the bottom of the door because of a storm letting water in from under the door so contacted Terry and our issue was resolved promptly. The condo was in great condition and had everything we needed. We had a great time.

So much fun

I really enjoyed my stay at Sit N Sea. I used the fitness center and walked the beach everyday. It was convenient to many bars and restaurants and within walking distance. The view from unit was first class and I watched Dolphin's swim by on many days and sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The building, grounds and pool were well maintained, and all the staff were friendly.

Very Clean

This condo was very nice and clean you could tell the owners took really great care of the place. The appliances were new and the furniture was new and comfortable very easy access to the beach if I had a complaint it would be the pool is a little small for the size of the property

Fall break getaway

Great little condo, close to everything in gulf shores and on the prettiest part of the beach (lots of sand and room to spread out). My only wish in the condo itself was a dresser for the 2nd bedroom. They were cleaning/ repainting the outside of the building while we are there so I expect it will soon be beautiful on the outside of the building as well. The owners take good care of the place, we would definitely stay again.

Perfect!!

It can be a little unnerving vacationing with 2 children (5 & 7) but this condo was perfect for our vacation! The kids loved the pool, and the beach was a dream. The condo had everything we needed and was in great condition. We had plenty of space and never ran out of hot water. The people working at the property were all so nice and welcoming. Terry promptly got back with us with questions we had and kept us up-to-date on all the information we would need. Thank you for your hospitality!

Better than average property

Stayed there with 4 people. It's a nice condo with a great view and you are close to the beach. In addition, within walking distance to Hangout and shopping. You will need to drive if you want to go to a Walmart or grocery store. Plenty of parking on premises. Other Pros: -Outdoor pool -Chairs for sitting on the patio -luggage carts -full kitchen -had a closet of useable beach equipment that has compiled over the years. Will save you money from buying some items Things you should be aware of since reviews get read in more detail than the listings. The. property management is pretty intrusive. They ask for the names and ages of EVERYONE staying at the condo. You are also required to upload a copy of your drivers license once you have booked the listing. Guessing if you wanted out of the listing you could argue this wasn't made apparent prior to booking. Other Cons: -You can hear the people staying above you. Thankfully they didn't stay up late. -This unit only provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2) and one roll of paper towels
