Beach House w/ Direct views of Gulf State Park

Cottages at Dunes Park is located directly by the Gulf State Park. It is the most eastern property in Gulf Shores and nothing will be built to block the view east and south. Our unit is located directly by the pool and is as far from the road as you can be. There is access to the beach ~.1 miles to the west of the property. It is about a quarter mile from the house to the beach.

This newly constructed beach house has many upgrades you won't find in other properties. We have a gas range, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, upgraded cabinets, lighting, appliances, and fixtures.

It features 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. We have beds to sleep 18 people. There is also a tankless water heater to ensure there is plenty of hot water when its time to wash the salt off and head out for the evening.

In addition to the the large porch with views of the park and beach there is a Komamdo grill downstairs for those evening cookouts.

We are also pet friendly for dogs. The pet fee for 1 is $105, 2 is $175 and 3 is $225. No cats allowed. When booking please let us know the breed, size and number of dogs. We can update your quote if need be after booking. Sorry, but the beaches are not pet friendly, but you will see many dogs walking on Beach Blvd and there is a dog park on Lake Shelby less than 1/2 mile away.

We do have security cameras in the parking area under the home. This is for your security and to verify who is at the property. We do limit the number of guests at the property and require the main renter to be present at check in.

We have 5 other direct Gulf Front Condos about 2.5 miles west of this home if you need additional accommodations.

This amazing beach house was big enough for the 18 guess I had. It is in a perfect area across from the beach. The balcony view was awesome. The house was clean, neat, and organized. It had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking again.

My husband, 2 dogs, and I stayed for a month. We stayed at the end of January through the end of February. It was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable, had all the amenities we needed and the views were amazing. Everyone in Gulf Shores is so friendly. The beach is the cleanest most beautiful beach I have ever seen. While we were staying we had an issue with the power going out. We contacted Lance and he came over right away and fixed the issue. This was an all-around great experience. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking. I could only give 5 stars but if I could give 10 I would!

We stayed here because it was close to the Lodge where we had family staying. We normally prefer to be right on the beach but this was a nice quiet location right on the edge of the park so we enjoyed sitting on the East facing deck and watching the sunrise. This is a new house and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Great house in a wonderful location.
We had a wonderful trip to Gulf Shores and were very comfortable in this house with our family of four. The views are lovely and the house had everything we needed. The only challenge for us was the bit of a trek to the beach in the very hot weather, and especially crossing the road with no crosswalk. It would be great if the city added a crosswalk. Overall, it was great!

I loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful. It was right next to the pool so the older grandkids would swim while I set on the porch and could watch them. I loved how easy it was to get to the beach. Even my two three year old grand babies loved it so much they cried when we had to leave.

The house was beautiful and so well maintained. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach. You do have to cross a 4 lane to get to the beach but it was extremely easy to cross. The food around the location was phenomenal as well. We could not have asked for anything more from Lance and Courtney. They were so fast with communication responses and extremely friendly!

Last minute Vacation
We booked this on a whim two days before driving down and it was everything we could have expected. So much room for all the kids to figure out their sleep parties, comfortable beds for the parents, and an amazing kitchen to cook in! We actually came under tornado warnings and had some really horrible weather however, the house was sturdy and insulated so we could barely hear it inside. The pool was perfect for all our kids (16-1) and they loved having the option to jump in the pool or cross the street to the beach. We definitely look forward to being back soon!

Beautiful new home. Very nicely furnished. The pool is right next to this unit, which is a plus. The unit is on the quiet end of Gulf Shores, next to the state park, but a very short drive to many restaurants. Easy and fast communication with the owners; they were extremely nice to work with.

We certainly enjoyed our stay! Very clean and easy to get to! We would definitely rent again! I would tell future renters that you do have to walk across a major 4 lane highway with no crosswalk or light to stop traffic to access the beach!

This property was great! Love that it is right beside the pool! Lance was really a great host. Quick replies. Bring a waffle maker if you are like me. Quick walk to the beach. Access was quick and the street was not busy even during spring break!

Great experience
We loved our time in Gulf Shores. The property is beautiful, has a great deck with a nice view on both sides. The place is very comfortable and well maintained. Appears to be a new build. Within walking distance to the beach. We had several children 10 and under with us, and they had a great time playing in the sand directly below the balcony. Hosts were super responsive and friendly. There were only a couple of things that would have made it better, we were a little short on towels (there is a washing machine though, so easy fix) and parking is a little tight, though we did make it work with a minivan and 2 full size trucks. Thanks Lance & Courtney for a great experience.

Super Quiet with a Great View
We stayed at this property for a quick get away. The beach was just a short walk across the road and the view of the State Park and Gulf were amazing. The house was set up great with TV's in all the rooms and a fully stocked kitchen. It even has a gas cooktop which we have a hard time finding in most rentals. They also have a tankless water heater which was nice with 4 showers running and everyone getting ready to go out at the same time. My husband loved having a Komado Joe smoker and made use of it. It was very neat and clean when we arrived. We hope to make a trip back in the summer.

Perfect for families!
This house is perfect for families!! the house was very clean!!! Very spacious to hold all 13 of us ages 3 to 38, And could of easily held more. Great view of the pier and state park off of the deck. Right across the street from beach access!!! The best part was the outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt off before going inside. And a storage area to hold all your beach equipment!
