Gorgeous 3rd Floor Direct Gulf Front 1 Bedroom Condo

Our unit 304 at Royal Palms has been recently updated with a king size bed, 32in flat screen in the master bedroom, new 42in flat screen in the living room, queen sleeper sofa, fresh paint, new plank tile and carpet along with new granite in the fully stocked kitchen. A washer and dryer are available in the unit. In the living room we offer a smart DVD player that provides access to Hulu, Netflix and other online services is in the living room. So, if you have accounts for these services, you will enjoy the same entertainment options as you do at home! Unlimited WIFI Internet is provided as well.

Another very nice feature are the hallway bunk beds for children - they love them! You will enjoy spectacular views to the east and west for beautiful sunrises and sunsets that are picture perfect.

We always maintain our condo and make sure that your experience is memorable.

Royal Palms is a direct gulf front low density condo building. It is located next to the state pier for wonderful fishing and enjoyment. While your here make sure to go to the famous Hangout for great food and live bands located on the beach only 1 mile from Royal Palms. We love the location being within walking distance to several main attractions and it's almost like having the beach to ourselves.

Another great place to go is Waterville water park only 2 miles from the condo and the amusement park is excellent. Go carts, bungee rides, putt putt golf, everything imaginable.

What a great spot!
This was a very clean rental! And the location was perfect for us, on the quieter end of the beach by the state park. It was still pretty easy to walk to dinner each evening. The indoor and outdoor pools were great when we needed a break from the beach. Comfortable bed, and we really appreciated the nightlights in the bathrooms.

Perfect Quiet Location
We just enjoyed Spring Break here and we had the best time! The location of this place is perfect- it’s right next to the state park which gave us plenty of room on the beach as it filled up. We were also located a bit away (but still walkable for us) from the busier part of Gulf Shores so it was quiet and felt very safe. The hot tub at this place is the hottest one I’ve ever been in which was nice coming out of the cooler ocean. We enjoyed the layout of the condo as well. One thing to consider is the bunk beds are shorter than regular beds so our 14 year old was not the right size but simply slept on the pull out couch. Communication was excellent with the owner, very prompt and friendly. The supplies on site were nice. Very nice bath towels and some nice beach towels available too. They really had everything. If you go for a longer stay, you may also want to consider bringing some extra dishwasher soap. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Nice overall. Good location. We did find a pair of socks in the sleeper couch so that was a little off putting. Shower rods were rusty along with the drain stopper in one shower. Refrigerator needed to be wiped out. Balcony furniture and balcony decor is rusty and definitely needs to be replaced. Lastly, I think it would be helpful to advertise that you’re going to make people leave the temperature at 72. Some people are hot natured and this isn’t a comfortable temperature for everyone. Other than these few things, we enjoyed the condo and the area.

The refrigerator is on its last leg with grinding noises washing machine works but is loud also like wore out loud and furniture is uncomfortable there’s also a condo being built next door so it’s pretty annoying during the weekdays condo is nice easiest access to beach and getting unloaded from your car that we’ve ever stayed at I would recommend though I can live with the noises but that furniture is on the cheap side and almost no more comfortable than metal chairs

Great view and location
We had a great stay here! It was in close proximity to most of the sights we had visited. The condo was clean and homey. The kitchen was well stocked which was great if you just wanted stay in to enjoy a meal on the balcony watching the waves. The bed was comfortable. The condo was a bit small but it was fine for our family of four. We spend a lot of time taking in the sights and enjoying the beautiful beach which was not crowded as it is next to the state park. My family was out nearly every night along with many others looking for sand crabs on the beach. My 9 year old commented this she had so much fun and wants to come back for her birthday again next year. You definitely will not regret staying here.

From the 1st step inside you can smell the cleanliness. You have everything you need and more including toilet paper, laundry detergent,dish detergent, plates and linens. The 3rd floor view is as good as the top floor imo. King bed was comfortable to sleep on. We were surprised to find there was Roku on the tv for the little one. Bathrooms were a good size for the 2 of us and 16 month old. The location is perfect with a five minute drive to Bahama Bobs and less than 10 to the walmart east of the condo. There is state property right next to the condo so the beach isnt nearly as crowded as you would find in town and the beach is literally steps away. The indoor pool was nice and warm. There are luggage carts you can use by the elevator which was nice. There is also an open room by the elevator entrance where you can borrow beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. 2 Grills located just outside with seating if you decide to eat outside I cant think of any real complaints about this property and WILL be staying again. If your looking for a true family vacation spot, this condo will fit the criteria.
