This unit is in a family friendly, low density complex leaving our beach not as crowded  as the high-rises.  It has easy access to the beach about 70-90 steps on the boardwalk to the white sandy beach. This unit comes with 2 beach chairs & umbrellas set up daily by @suncoastbeachservice starting early March thru Mid October- Chairs are set up at 9am collected at 5pm every day weather permitting. Enjoy the stash of beach toys, buckets, castle molds, a floaty pump, water noodle, float and a skim board or 2 for your use. We just ask you rinse off the sand before putting them back in the basket located in the beachside bedroom.
