I've stayed at microtel hotels before this was the worst one.. it smelled horrible the toilet seat needed replaced. The carpet wasn't clean. All in all I just wasn't comfortable there. The only plus is the beds was comfortable.

I am sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with us recently. I would like to think that if you had notified our front desk staff about any of the deficiencies in your guestroom we would've responded immediately by reassigning a different room to you.please except my sincere apologies. I will use your feedback as a training tool to our house keeping and maintenance staff to do a better job of inspecting our rooms before making them available for rent
