Gulf Shores East, just steps from the beach. You are located walking distance to all the fun, food, shopping and the Alabama State fishing pier. This corner unit provides windows all around. Relax with a breathtaking view of the white sandy beach of the Gulf of America from your balcony. Being so close to the water you can see dolphins play as the sun comes up in the mornings. Just .8 mile east of Hwy. 59 this low density building (32 units) means less crowding on the beach and at the pool. No long waits for an elevator. This is a family vacation paradise!

It is a non-smoking (allowed on balcony), pet free unit. You will love the clean and tasteful decor when inside. The Master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam topper for extra comfort. In the hall are built in bunk beds. This unit has 3 flat screen TVs. Wireless internet is provided for our guests.

There is a fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook. There are several grocery stores in the area making it convenient to buy groceries after you arrive. All linens including bath towels are provided.

Gulf Shores offers something for everyone very nearby. Enjoy area activities of golfing, water parks, shopping, miniature golf, bike riding, deep sea fishing, amusement parks and dining. Or you may just want to enjoy building sand castles in the white sugar sand. We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.

Spring Break 2024

Nice condo building right on the Gulf. Close to many attractions. Our condo was a perfect size with 2 spacious bedrooms and baths. Nice balcony overlooking the beach. Condo had everything we needed for meals and was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

My husband died after six years of battling cancer. This was our first summer vacation in about seven years and the first one without him, so this was a bittersweet trip. The location was perfect. The listing was accurate and the owners were easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with our stay. Would love to book again in the future.

The property is great with a great view of the beach. My only problem was with the elevator it was broken a lot it's hard walking up and down stairs from the seventh floor.

We loved the condo! The beach access & pool were wonderful!

Trinity was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had. We had an issue during our stay with our neighbors being disruptive and we weren't happy with Connie's response to our concern. We loved that Clearwater is small so there were no crowds at the beach and pool.

Condos gulf shores

The pool could have been cleaned everyday. Elevator smelled really bad. Room could have been cleaned better. Look on top of refrigerator was really dirty 😳 other than that. Would stay there again.

Needs some work

We stayed in the same condo last year and it was fine. This year it was dirty. There is construction going on which is much needed on the outside but the inside of this unit needs cleaned and painted. The location is great and can walk right out to the beach. Would stay here again if they get all the construction and cleaning done.

Beach paradise

Trinity was so easy to work with during our stay. We had a little mishap with the parking pass and she had it delivered within the hour. The condo was clean, had everything as described and was steps from the beach. The corner unit offered us more privacy than other units. The condo building wasn't nearly as busy as other properties. The beach area had plenty of space for our family to spread out. We would definetly stay there again!

Additional charges were added after I had received confirmation. For using credit card ??? How do you book without using credit card. All charges Should have been clear during registration. Otherwise we enjoyed the condo very much. Great location.

Great location and host was amazing.Floors were sandy and sand was on the bunk beds, plus floors made our feet black so needs to be mopped. We were unable to use dryer because host advised against it so we had to reuse towels and wash cloths previously used

Great Condo for the Money!!

One adult (me), two 17 year-olds, two 13 year-olds, and an almost 10 year-old. The bunk beds sold me on the unit for sure! But they made me realize that my kids are getting bigger. It is a smaller unit, so the washer, dryer, and dishwasher are tiny. Laundry was fun with 5 kids haha. I thought the couch pulled out into a sleeper, but it did not. 13 year-old did not care and slept just fine on it! The balcony is accessible from the living room and is a good size with a fantastic view. The pool and pool area is perfect and not over-crowded. Also, very clean.Trinity was SUPER responsive and addressed any and all issues asap. Her communication was fantastic and quick. I would 100% rent this unit again, just with fewer teenagers in tow! ;-)

Mini beach vacation

We loved it. The view was great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool. Almost every time we went down we were the only ones there. So it wasn’t crowded like some places.

Was nice but it needs some maintenance issues a lot of the electrical outlets most of them in the living room are sunk in the wall and they do have easy fix for this very easy the dishwasher leaks under the cabinet and the remotes for all the tv’s don’t work thes are very inexpensive fixes that would really make a difference. But I did enjoy and would stay again. Thank you Charles

Balcony Bliss and Relaxing Stay

First off, the host/owner went above and beyond to guarantee us a stay at Orange Beach! Thank you!!! The condo was welcoming, clean and the views from the balcony were breathtaking (We saw dolphins both days). The sliding glass doors in the living area allowed us to enjoy the breeze and ocean sounds, while cooking, watching TV, & reading. We had everything we needed for our morning coffee and our taco and seafood dinners. The only downfall is that the resort does not have a hot tub. I was fine with it because I'd rather be on the beach, but my bf was a little disappointed. However the description did not state it had one, so its not really a complaint, but rather a suggestion. lol. Also, the washer/dryer was a life saver! We will be back! sounds

Perfect stay!!

The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The elevator in the building where we booked our unit was broken when we arrived. Contacted host and were moved within 5 minutes. The unit we were moved to was actually a nicer unit too. Will definitely be using this host again. 5 STARS

Long Awaited Vacation
