"En esta estadía pague 2 habitaciones para mi familia adicional tuvimos otras 2 familias que se quedaron y tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, Carol (encargada de eventos asumo) nos trato muy mal, días antes le pedí autorización para realizar toma de fotografía familiar y el día de la toma nos hicieron sentir muy mal hasta nos pidieron les comprobáramos los números de habitación y el personal del bar lobby parecían guardaespaldas, una muy mala actitud, una de las habitaciones nos la dieron en un edificio al lado creo que era del personal mantenimiento y luego hablamos y nos cambiaron se disculparon pero ya la incomodidad estaba con los invitados, no regresaremos a ese hotel!"
