“Room was spotless. Bed/pillow were so comfy. Code didnt eork when i got in at midnight but i rang them and they sorted it there and then for me. Great company ”

“房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。”

“Central heater did not fulfill personal requirement. The staff offered a portable heater to my room but my relatives had to do without.”

“Good location with only 10 minute travelling to city center by bus. Staff are nice and helpful. The surrounding environment is good. Mac Donalds and 2 supermarkets located at the road junction. There is bar and lounge in the hotel. Breakfast buffet is provided and it's delicious! Will stay again next time : )”

“Just a hotel for our short stay in the way to Wales. Location beside the high way and only can buy foods from the petrol station nearby. Standard design of Holiday inn hotel group”

“Nice hotel and room. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a pleasant comfortable room, however the bathroom could do with some minor maintenance. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The dining area was pleasant and so were the staff, however both at dinner and breakfast the service was a bit slow. My wife had the cauliflower curry which was nice and a reasonable portion. I had the seabass which was tasty but the portion was a bit small. The seabass was a bit overcooked which I didn't mind and……

“Excellent room clean tidy and warm. Staff very friendly and complimentary breakfast was a bonus.”

“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“Lovely clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. Plenty of free parking and an EV Charger on site. Have stayed here many times and never had any issues. Great value.”
