The breakfast was very nice with a good variety, and with good views. The location is ideal for exploring. They are very helpful at the front desk, arranging us onward transfers including cars to Ninh Binh."

"Soho bar on 12th floor has great views of the city, Maili was a friendly face who greeted us daily with a smile and helped to arrange our trips and make sure we were on the right bus each morning. The rooms were clean, not too noisy but choose carefully as with a neighbour view room we were in the middle of the hotel but could still hear traffic in the mornings! Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at times, location is very close to train street and walkable to night market and lake and lots of shopping. Good value for money hotel"
