“Me and my friend stayed here one night and we were completely blown away by just about everything this place had to offer. The grounds are small and intimate but meticulously taken care of. You feel like you stepped into a different time or even a movie set. We saw two wedding parties here; one when we were checking in and one in the evening but it didn't feel intrusive. Someone met us at the gate for check out (we were a little late :( if you book here you should try to come right at 4pm), she……

“The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead.”

“We were warmly welcomed by our hosts. Was a real treat to experience their bath and tea ceremony. Breakfast was traditional and tasty and my partner’s vegetarian alternative was just as thoughtfully put together and delicious. Location was a little way out from the main sights, however, this was better as we were in a charming neighbourhood with many authentic buildings and character away from the busy tourist areas. “我來京都旅遊三次，而「田屋旅館」是我目前內心排行第一名的旅館，從入口進來會通過一個竹子小徑，彷彿闖入世外桃源，田屋不管是白天還是晚上都非常安靜，對於非常怕吵的我來說，這裡真的是相當適合我，可以不受其他旅客的干擾，好好享受京都的寧靜。 另外，住宿含的早餐也非常好吃！！讓我實現了像日劇情節一般在家品嚐日式早餐的心願，真的很愜意、很享受。 老闆娘人也很好，儘管語言不是很通，但老闆娘都很有耐心的跟我講解疑問，房間也很漂亮、整理的非常乾淨。 附近也有超市、大創、UNIQLO、便利商店，很好逛～而且步行一小段路就可以搭乘50號巴士去玩。 總之，在這裡我找不到可以挑惕的地方，有機會我一定會再來玩！！”
