"When I arrived at the hotel there were a few things missing from the room (due to a new cleaning company who had just been employed) but the EXCELLENT staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and quick to rectify all of the issues straight away. This AMAZING service really made the difference from staying in a basic hotel to a great experience. "My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch.
