Stayed for our wedding and the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The room was amazing and the free wine was a nice touch. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was really good. Very central, surprised we couldn't hear people outside at the bars. Would stay again!

Not only have I stayed in many hotels, especially in this last year that I have been travelling a lot, from Seoul, New York, Paris, Mexico etc I've also worked in hospitality before and this is hands down the best hotel I've stayed in. I've never given a perfect rating before either so this is a first. It particularly suits my vibe, the decor is light but also earthy and inviting. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, firm but with a topper than adds the right amount of cloudiness. I loved the bed so much I asked for details on where I could buy everything lol. The turn down service was an unexpected surprise, how the housekeeping manage to do it every time without being alerted had me giddy with excitement to get back to my room. I live in London so the area I was already familiar with but once again 100 is at the perfect location. The staff are also fantastic and not overly formal and lacking personality which is always a win. Shuma and James at the front desk were super helpful and informative and tbh the other staff were friendly also. It's a shame I already live in London but whenever I'm in need of a staycation this will be my no.1 pick! I do wish the lobby area brought back a bit more of the vibe ACE hotel had in the past but this is not a problem unique to 100 and more a symptom of an ever changing nightlife scene in London. Don't ever change 100!
