“House is super cute. Much smaller than it looked, but comfy. No heat in the bathroom, which was super cold when taking a shower. Host was pleasant and easily reached. Could benefit from more instructions on things like locking the door keypad or what trash needs to be recycled. Would stay there again ”

“Very friendly host. Lovely place with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Because it was April not a lot of restaurants or shops open but the Chamber of Commerce website had a listing of all the open places. Very comfy bed. Will stay here again if we get back to Block Island. ”

“I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. ”

“Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet.
