“Struttura molto particolare vicino al un mulino. Molto bello il ristorante sia come arredi che come panorama. Abbiamo anche cenato mangiando molto bene. Volendo trovare un neo: la ns camera era in una struttura separata dal blocco principale (diciamo a qualche centinaio di metri) che per la colazione può essere un po' scomodo. Avevamo esigenza di fare colazione alle 7.30, ma il buffet non era ancora completamente allestito.”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“It was a good location, and had a good bathroom but that is where it stopped. They also penalized me for booking the wrong day even after making the request to change days, which was to book the next day. I had also prepaid for the day booked. So paid for two days and only stayed for one!”

“Too many issues for a 4 star hotel Misleading info - 1 free beverage per person was a bottle of tap water - AC couldn't manage to cool the room, thermostat showed 25 C even with full fan and outside temperature in mid 20 C - Room has a fridge but is connected on request!? I had to wait 5 hours for somebody to come to the room and power it on, after I called several times Annoyances - the AC fan was blowing air straight on the bed - room doesn't have Do not disturb signs. The personnel entered……
