“Budget hotel, so room was a bit spartan with not a lot of storage space, but kept very clean. Pleasant staff. Nice continental-style breakfast which included fruit salad and yoghurt as well as the usual french bread, croissants, cereal, ham, cheese etc. Pleasant location near a large lake, which has footpaths that (I think) allow you to walk or cycle all around it. Near a main road, so can be noisy if windows open. If using public transport there is a RER station less than 15 minutes walk away……

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“We were late for breakfast but could go for the late breakfast that was supposed to be viennoiseries and fruit. The viennoiseries were good, but the fruit were plain bananas and apples and there was no milk for the coffee, only creamer. That was quite disappointing.”

“My stay here was average due the fact that the air con was not working my entire stay (1 week) but it was on the cooler side so I was able to open the window for air flow. Another thing that made my stay average was nearing to the end my room key kept locking me out of my room, and when I went to reception it was like my name disappeared out of the system because they had my name attached to another room that I was not staying in, lastly on my last night they had reassigned my room to another……
