The Royal Hotel was perfectly located and made my visit to Versailles most enjoyable. I was most grateful one afternoon when the charming hostess made me a pot of tea and assisted me in carrying it to my room.

Great location. Good rooms but there’s a real lack of parking if you’re traveling with a car.

Had a really nice one-night stay with my family of four in June. The AC was amazing with temps around 100. The room was comfortable and kids had fun with bunk bed area they had. Room was clean and shower was great after a day sightseeing and sweating. Would stay here again.

I was in the area to visit the Palace of Versailles and gardens. I stayed two nights. It was nice, cute and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a good breakfast there every morning. My room was a little bit small but I expected that because it is a very old building and I have heard rooms in Paris and surrounding areas are normally a little small. Best trip ever! This property is a must stay! It’s far enough away from the busy Paris streets but close enough to get around. Will book this again for sure!!

Quiet and clean and close to SNCF train as well as about 10 minute walk from RER C, which stops about two blocks from Chateau Versailles. The staff was incredibly helpful. Just around corner is a litte local marche for waters, etc. There is a Boulangerie, a Fromagerie, boutiques and such. Near the RER is a street with great restaurants to the side of the Chateau. We went on Monday when Chateau was closed, but gardens were open and not crowded. Took the skip the line tour the next day and glad...

Old but clean room. No signs of A/c but it was cool in October so we didn’t need it. Breakfast lacked any meat but was decent.

Really loved the location and cleanliness of this property. It was even closely situated to a laundromat that was very helpful for our mid-trip.

Wonderful little hotel in downtown Versailles minutes from the palace that was perfect for my two kids and I. We stayed in the triple which was accommodating and comfortable but a little cramped with three twin beds in the room. The room was clean and had everything you needed and the receptionist was very helpful. Despite our ground floor location we had a quiet night.

Great location just around the block from the entrance to the Chateau Versailles. Near many fast food and nicer restaurants and just across the street from the train station. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The rooms were also air conditioned, which was much appreciated after a long day exploring Versailles.

Great location. So close to Versailles and the town center. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend. Cannot comment about the temperature in the room during hot season.
