“We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. “Very well placed for visiting Ypres centre. Parking was free and secure. Room was very good all round. We would definitely stay here again. Restaurant and bar are expensive relative to the alternatives in a very short walk of the hotel.”

“We didnt eat breakfast here as we ate out. Pleasant, helpful staff on check in. Room was clean. Nice sized room. Aircon worked a bit to start with, but stopped working at night. We had a very sticky night. This was during the recent heatwave, and we booked as they advertised air conditioning. Our son and his girlfriend were next room and they experienced the same. No apologies or refund offered. As you can imagine, we weren't pleased”

“Séjour catastrophique de 3 nuits (samedi-mardi) pour un couple avec enfant, chambre 115. Dès l'arrivée, lavabo bouché signalé à 14h à l'accueil, sans intervention. À 18h, nouveau signalement : une fuite d'eau au plafond de la réception était visible (seaux et serviettes au sol). L'agent, seul en poste, dit ne pas pouvoir intervenir immédiatement mais promet de régler le problème. À notre retour à 2h du matin, le lavabo était toujours bouché. Autres soucis dans cette chambre : salle de bains……
