"The room was immaculately clean, the Wi-Fi worked this day, but please note that sometimes it doesn't work even enough to maintain a TV channel, so if you have online work to do be sure you have enough data on your phone. The bed comfort level is okay and the 2 pillows were fluffy. I prefer this Motel to all the other discount motels because they don't charge a pet fee and it is really convenient to walk my dogs during the day or night because it's all flat. This Motel is on a strip of lots of discount motels as well as every fast food place you can think of!! It is right off the highway but it is surprisingly quiet! Each room has a mini fridge coffee maker, microwave and hair dryer. The shampoo they give you is nice enough to use! The towels could use a good bleaching or replacing but otherwise they are fluffy and nice! There is no elevator to get to the second level so if you have mobility issues but sure to order a ground floor room."

"The location itself was great if you wanted to be in the downtown area, but beware of all the drug use or active homelessness around. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool was clean and empty when we went. The game room was an awesome idea for children! Shame a few of the games were out of order but that's to be expected anywhere. Rooms were good. The room itself was nothing spectacular - more of a motel style in my opinion, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel was worth it if you wanted to spend some $ on games for the kids or go explore the downtown nightlife (lots of bars and shops around)! Overall, best place I've been to in Kamloops for the price."
