“If I could rate this bungalow a 100 I would! We were so impressed with everything . The entire house has been remodeled. Everything looked brand new. The decor and interior design is upscale and yet also very cozy. The location could not be more perfect. We were 6 minutes from the MUST SEE places: Rock City, Ruby Falls and The Incline/Chattanooga battlefield . We also went to Glen Falls, also a 6 min drive!! Richard is a fantastic host who clearly takes great pride in his home. We will be back!!”

“This property was such an adorable cottage. It was convenient to Rock City and Lookout Mountain, as well as to Ruby Falls. A bit of a drive to get to the Missionary Train Ride, though. The hostess was very pleasant and friendly; she came over to introduce herself, which I really thought was nice of her to do.”

“This place is great, and had everything we needed! Would 100% stay here again. A few minor suggestions:-would be helpful to have more than one key;-the master mattress is pretty hard. Could use a new one or a padded topper;-could use more substantial duvets/ blankets on the two downstairs beds.Again, these items are minor things merely meant to be constructive. This is a great place to stay, and we hope to be back!”

“This property had a bit of storm damage, but the rental agent - I wish I could remember her name- was super helpful and very quick to respond. We stayed in another property they had available which was fantastic. Both properties were well maintained and clean. The rental agent was extremely attentive. I would definitely stay with them again in the future.”

“Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended ”
