Harrison Bay State Park Tours

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Clemons in Chattanooga. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city. Our room was a nice size, very clean, and surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was, and it worked especially well for our family member with autism because of the calm atmosphere. Another great perk was the complimentary late checkout, which the staff graciously provided at no extra charge. The only disappointing part of my stay happened after I checked out. I accidentally left my makeup bag, phone charger block, and charging cord in the room. I contacted the hotel, but unfortunately, the items were never recovered. I am certain they were left behind, so it was frustrating that they could not be located. Despite that experience, the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I hope the hotel can improve its lost-and-found process, as that would have made my experience even better.

Person at front desk was not very friendly. Breakfast advertised online to open at 6, but didn’t until 7. Assumed Expedia would give a better deal than directly through hotel, but I was wrong. Would have saved over $30 had I booked through hotel. Room was nice and spacious.
