“Great stay and environment”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“Obvious attention to detail”

“First of all we went there expecting two working pools, a hot tub, and a sauna. Since it’s advertised that way. We check in and are told that the outside pool, hot tub, and sauna are all closed. Go into the weight room and one of the universal gym handles is completely broken off. We make it to our room to see the ceiling falling apart. It was about 100 degrees in the room and humid. The elevators were not better one not working at all and the other one stops on the third floor for no reason……

“The room is clean. And I think the brightness in room gave me good feeling in my business trips. I have been having many business travelings. This is one of the best.”
