“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“It's a nice room but honestly not a lot for the price. We had a huge room with two beds and a rolling chair. No other chair or couch. The staff also wasn't very welcoming and the restaurant doesn't have much options. It was nice being close to the mall and restaurants walking distance.”

“We had dinner in the hotel and it was good. Not too loud so you could talk in our group of 12. I did not use the pool or hot tub due to lack of time but the kids in the pool loved it. Parking was plentiful on Friday but Saturday night, the lot and hotel was pretty full but we found a spot!”

“We stayed at the annex, called the Shroeder house, 2 doors down the street. It was beautiful on the outside and had a garden and parking in back. Having only 4 rooms, it was nice and quiet. The room itself had a nice fireplace and giant jacuzzi tub, comfortable bed and cable TV. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to lots of stores, restaurants and bars. Washington House has a nice wine and cheese social hour with a variety of local wines and cheeses and crackers. The breakfast has……

“Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!”
