“The staff, from the front desk to the dining & bar area, were working hard & very helpful. We were disappointed by how run down parts of the areas were. The carpeting welcoming us up to our room was musty, worn, and did not even look clean. The room itself did not match what we expected from online photos, but its an historic place, so we overlooked that. Even so, the mattress was uncomfortable, the curtains needed to be refreshed, the noisy air conditioner looked worn. In general the place is……
