"Peaceful and quiet like last time. I was here for work at the hospital. The house is very serene, there is a lot of history about tge house and area to look at. It’s also convenient to downtown. "

"Location was perfect. Hotel staff was great. Amenities were good. Pool and hot tub was amazing after a long drive. Breakfast was as expected "

"We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great and super friendly. And the place was very clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We weren’t expecting all that. They had happy hour one day,special treats out the next. We plan on staying here again the next time we are in the area."

"The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings. It made it more difficult because things needed to be washed before used because of it, but there was no water. Thankfully we brought a case of water and we used it. The host didn't seem very sympathetic with the situation. The place had so much potential, but a let down being that we were there to celebrate a birthday and our first Valentine's Day together, "

"My stay at this cottage was fantastic from the time I booked until my departure. My Host was fabulous; communication was outstanding and really went out of her way to offer directions/suggestions. And considering my booking was in January, during lake effort snow, she even scooped off the sideway to make it easier to me to move. Very much appreciated.The cottage was extremely clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. The host included special surprises, like a great coffee bar, a smore station and if you forgot your toothbrush--not problem that was in the bathroom too. Keyless access was great! A washer/dryer unit was extremely useful. The fenced in back yard would be great for kids to run around in, while grilling.This will be my go-to for future visits."
