“Dont book. No Hot water, waited for 3 hours and still dint got fixed. Reception staff never answered the concern reported.”

“This hotel was family friendly and had a great pool and hot tub gazebo. The lobby was decorated and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of variety. They have a resident calico cat that my grandkids loved. I’ll stay there again for sure!”

“They tried to charge my card before I arrived and then didn’t have any rooms for me. They were rude and unhelpful. They also blatantly ignored policy for charging before arrival. I was left basically stranded in a place I’ve never been.”

“I found like 10 bic lighters hidden in pillows and towels. In the bathroom I found a crack pipe tucked inside the folded towels. The she were very stained and looked dirty. The area seemed very dark and suspicious.”

“Air conditioning and gym were great. Pool needs more lounge chairs and better scenery. A big space not best utilized. Add palm trees, umbrellas, entertainment (screen) on the big empty wall. Outdoor jacuzzi? ”
