“First, the staff here are exceptionally friendly and warm. From the young lady that helped with my rather stressing check in all the way to the doorman and other staff. However, the hotel is in dire need of updating their systems to operate with the trends of the industry. The building need many repairs and the carpets are absolutely filthy, disgustingly filthy. “Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who assisted us with our bags. The young man that checked us in was equally friendly and professional. The lobby was adorned with beautiful fresh flowers and plants. Our room was okay, but the bathroom was very dated. ”

Remember you’re in the heart of the French Quarter, so expect the noise level to be high and ongoing until the wee hours.
