“When I arrived my code for the door didn’t work but they very quickly sent me a new one. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt safe and very clean. The studio had everything we needed they even supplied the little details like salt pepper shampoo body wash conditioner, it stayed super cool and they even provided a fan.”

“The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10.
The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault.
The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Location is excellent too. ”

"First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“This hotel doesn’t have exhaust fans in their bathrooms so all of them smell like mold. We both got sick from staying here for 4 days. The beds were also terrible as well as the pillows it felt like we were sleeping on cots. I would not recommend anybody staying at this over priced hotel the only thing nice about it was the lobby and lobby bathrooms.”
